CONGRATULATIONS!  You’ve finished your 10 days and hopefully you’re beginning to feel your energy increase.   If so, it’s likely that, prior to the UPafter10 program, you were being negatively impacted by intestinal inflammation caused by your diet.

At this point, if you’re feeling better and you’d like to start incorporating some low glycemic, non-gluten grains, you can add in brown rice, lentils and quinoa.  After adding each new food, wait a day or so to see how you responds.  We’ll be adding an additional post program food list in the coming weeks so stay tuned.

If you haven’t noticed much change in your mood yet, continue with the diet for another 10 days to give your intestinal microflora time to adapt to the new diet.
