TAKE THE FOLLOWING 3 SUPPLEMENTS EACH DAY*

1. Vitamin B12:  once a day (morning). Make sure the Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin and contains >500 mcg

2. Magnesium Citrate:  400 mg once a day (bedtime)

3.  Ashwagandha: 900 mg twice a day  (morning and bedtime)

All three items are safe, inexpensive and easily found online.  All three individually have demonstrated clinical efficacy for depression so together, along with the diet change and daily habits, it’s a safe and powerful combination.  If you can’t afford the supplements, the food program alone will work, however it may take a little longer than 10 days.
